What we did:
The first worked with TIO for their 1996–1997 annual report. Then, the scheme had just four members and complaints were mainly about landlines.
Forward 20 years and there are now more than 1500 members and complaints are about complex issues.
Over the years I have collaborated with five Ombudsman and eight communication managers, producing materials ranging from educative websites to murals.
